Revdex.com: At this time, I have not been contacted by Buckeye Salvage regarding complaint [redacted] Regards, [redacted] I phoned Buckeye Salvage as soon as possible after my filing Revdex.com complaint and spoke to manager ***, I told him I filed a Revdex.com complaint I told him I needed them to follow through with their agreement, that I had phone message from them agreeing to do such, that they needed to clean the asbestos out of the factory windows, that I had completed plans and construction into wallsof which the windows are supposed to fit He said he would refund my $300, but I again told him I had completed plans and completed construction (which cost money) and that I needed the windows cleaned of asbestos He said he would speak to the owner I called within a day or two after that and he said the owner only agreed to refund money I told him that was not sufficient I told him I may have a private company do the work and then sue Buckeye Salvage for the costs He didn't care.As I contacted [redacted] soon after filing the complaint, I believe I spoke to them prior to the Revdex.com attempt to contact Buckeye Salvage [redacted] never mentioned any correspondence, but he always sounds angry when I speak to him on phone.That said Buckeye Salvage has not, to my knowledge, contacted me, made any attempt to contact me, nor offered any other remedy than what was offered prior to my contacting the Revdex.comAs such they have not agreed to follow through with what they said they would do

To whom it may concern,I appreciate your response letter to me, however, it is factually incorrect.I have been attempting to resolve this matter with Buckeye Salvage for nearly a year, and your company is well aware that there is / was unfinished businessBoth your current and prior managers are / were aware of this, and I spoke to both on the phone and in person.Additionally, Buckeye Salvage owner, Butch O***, was made aware of the pending circumstance.Additionally, I hand-delivered a hard copy of the asbestos content analysis from a lab equipped to perform such.The only resolution to this matter is for your company to follow through with removing asbestos from the metal frames that I purchased from your companyAs I have prior noted, these window frames are now part of an architectural feature in a planned entertainment facility, and there are no less expensive remediesI have a phone message whereby your former manager responded on behalf of Butch, and said that your company would remove the asbestos from the framesI have additional calls whereby he tells me I can pick up the completed frames, but that it is moving slowly.If you are unable to properly do such, I have contacted an asbestos removal company that gave me an estimate of approximately $- $dollars to remove the asbestos.Keep in mind that the $dollars is well below the threshold of Small Claims Court and that I have sufficient evidence in the form of phone calls to support your saying you would remedy such.To note, federal law has requirements for testing, removing and disposing of asbestos, it is my belief that your sister demolition company ignored these requirementsAnd then you sold them to the general publicReinforcing this idea, when I inquired about such, post purchase, I was told that “Butch said he would highly doubt those windows contained asbestos”Clearly, had it been tested as required by law, there would have been no doubt.Thank you,
