Today, I was explaining an issue, which I faced in onboarding a flight to “ANNA” (a customer representative from BooknAir). After explanation, she said don't try to become smart by booking cheap flight and call us for any issue. She said don't call us again and then she dropped off the call. I never had discussion with this kind of arrogant person from any company CS person. I reported this to her supervisor “Mike”. He was apologizing for her misbehavior.
I wouldn’t suggest to book flight with this company. if something wrong happen then you will be in big trouble because CS like Anna will start blaming you for any issue occur even for their fault.
Important Note :- Further, I called to *** and they agreed their fault and confirmed me that they will return full amount in 7 days.

This Co. is a scam . Will fleece you and rob you . the worst , the classic case of Ticket scam .

THE REPRESENTATIVE FOR THIS COMPANY MISREPRESENTED HIMSELF AS SPIRIT AIRLINE EMPLOYEE. HE GAVE ME FALSE INFORMATION AND LIED TO ME WHILE PROVIDING FLIGHT INFORMATION. TO MAKE THE PURCHASE HE RAN MY CREDIT CARD WITHOUT MY AUTHORIZATION. HE TOOK MY CREDIT CARD INFORMATION AND ADVISED ME THAT I WOULD NOT BE CHARGED ANYTHING WITHOUT MY CONSENT VIA EMAIL AUTHORIZING HIM TO RUN MY PAYMENT. AFTER HEARING HIS QUOTE THAT KEPT GETTING LARGER I DECLINED TO ACCEPT AS THE FEES WERE GROSSLY EXCESSIVE. I ADVISED HIM THAT I WOULD NOT BE PURCHASING THE TICKETS THROUGH HIM AND INSTRUCTED HIM TO NOT RUN MY CREDIT CARD. HE REASSURED ME THAT HE DID NOT RUN MY CARD.
MINUTES LATER, A LARGE SUM WAS DEDUCTED FROM MY BANK ACCOUNT. I CALLED BACK TO INQUIRE WHY MY CARD WAS CHARGED AND AND ASKED TO SPEAK TO A SUPERVISOR. GOT A RUN AROUND BETWEEN TWO DIFFERENT EMPLOYEES AND THEY HUNG UP ON ME. I CALLED A FEW MORE TIMES AND WAS HUNG UP ON IMMEDIATELY. THIS BUSINESS IS A HUGE SCAM. THE AIRLINE TICKETS WERE PURCHASED AND THE AIRLINE REFUNDED ME FOR A FRACTION OF THE TOTAL CHARGED TO MY CARD. BookNAir took me for just under 500.00 and refused to discuss the charge dispute with me.

I booked a round trip fright from Orlando, FL MCO airport to El Dorado International Bogota, Colombia airport for 3 people with BooknAir (also identified as IbookAir) on September ,2019. I received an email a few minutes later with the booking receipt number, which is 102553; the date of the booking; the departing and returning flight information< flights information; the total cost ($1131.68 USD), and a line telling with red letters "You payment has been submitted. Your e-ticket will be emailed within 24 hours to your email address, once your credit card verification has been completed." Then I received an email from Tom W, Travel Consultant Tel *** telling "we are not available to process your booking" He offered a different booking at a higher price ($1269) which I already replied it is not acceptable and that I expect his company to honor the flight that his company sent me when they emailed me the booking confirmation stated above. Since he did not reply my email, I called and talked to him on the phone to come to the agreement that his company should honor the booking as I saw it online and as the booking confirmation reads. He refused to do so. So I would like the Revdex.com to please help me to have BooknAir (Ibookair) to honor what their booking confirmation says.

Revdex.com:At this time, I have not been contacted by BooknAir.com regarding complaint ID.

what have you done almost a month since my complain was filed?

If I could give negative stars I would. Called Delta to change a flight during a hurricane, line was conveniently disconnected and I ended up paying $900 to booknair for the four flight changes. A day later I found out delta and all large airlines waived all change fees for the hurricane. Not sure where that money went...

On July *** we contacted the company to buy an one way flight ticket for a minor with assistance so she doesn't get lost at the airport the company told us they were Southwest not true and the employee sold us the ticket with the assistance he explained to us even my child 3 times she wasn't going to be alone st anytime, when my child when to the airport on 08//19 she was told there is nothing scheduled for her to be with a flight supervisor and that the company Southwest didn't even offers that service cause she was over the age of 11. Our daughter had to travel alone and do a conection flight in Maryland and she got lost my husband and I we were so worried we called the airport while all this was happening twe contacted booknair and they still saying they were Southwest they told us they were going to refund us the full amount for the ticket today is 08//19 and they refused to refund us the money we contacted the actual Southwest company and they told us they dont work with this company and they never had I looked online and there is many people are being overcharged and lied by this company something has to be done

I received a refund from my credit card after following a claim. The company who lie to us refused to refund us the money and still pretend to be affiliated to Southwest.

Mac J from Bookair.com never divulge that he was a booking agent or third party to me. He answered the phone by name and And I explained that I had $327 in Southwest credit that I wanted to use towards my plane ticket. He proceeded to book my flight and told me there was going to be a two charges on my card but it would total the same. I thought the total he told me it was gonna be was too high. I told him I have never had to do this before through Southwest and he told me don’t worry about it everything is okay. Then he said he was going to send me a email that says Mac J. I thought that was strange because it should’ve said Southwest. The email states it booked my flight and I’m ready to go and that $359.00 was being charged to my card and I may see two separate charges on my card. He said he needed me to reply that I agree with the ARC charge. So I did. He scammed me for $202.00 and he made a flight for me at Southwest prior to the authorization from me. I called July , 2019 and spoke to Mac J, whom I asked for earlier and he was on his lunch break and when I told the lady that I wanted to speak to the supervisor Mac J came on the phone! The lady never divulged that she worked as a third party either!

Revdex.com:At this time, I have not been contacted by BooknAir.com regarding complaint ID.

I have contacted bookair.com and it is always the same excuse. They said they would only refund $102.00 of the $202.00 agent fee! I wanted all of it refunded and Mac J said I could only get a voucher to use for $202 for future travel. I said I want the money refunded and he said he would only give me $102.00 I said that’s better than none. He said the money would be in my account in 7-10 days. It’s been over a month. I recently called them and the Supervisor said that I would have $102 in my account in 72 hours. I said I am getting an attorney if my money not deposited in my account in 24 hours. They never volunteer to contact me to say my money is on its way. I always need to contact them! They just say to be patient! Sent from my iPhone***

The other day I rebooked a flight that I had missed through Sun Country. I was flying back home from Seattle to Minneapolis (one way). I called the number I was given and was put on the line with BooknAir. After 30 or so minutes on the phone, I was told that the flight would be booked and I would be charged $413.30. I thought it was a bit high, but I agreed and sent a reply to confirm their email. Right after booking, I checked the price through the Skyscanner app for the flight I had booked and saw that it was $89. Sun Country does not include a checked bag, which I had, bringing the total to $118 or so. A short time later, I was charged $413.30 by BooknAir, in two separate transactions, one for $295 and the other for $118.30 for ***. Now, the $118.30 made sense, as that was the price of the flight, but I was confused about the $295. Now, they did tell me there would likely be two separate charges. After I saw this separate charge for $295, I tried to cancel, but they informed me that there would be a $200 charge to cancel. I did take the flight and arrived at my destination without incident. But BooknAir refused to give me an explanation of the $295 charge, which they insisted was part of the booking fee, even though the ticket was clearly booked through Sun Country for $118.30 as per the charge on my card. After some time on the phone, they finally agreed to give me a $100 voucher if I flew with them again, which hopefully I will never do, considering how much extra they charge for booking tickets.

At this time, I have been contacted directly by BooknAir.com regarding complaint ID, however my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

I disputed the charge with my credit card company, but before that, when I attempted to call the business, they hung up on me when I told them who I was. They called me to inform me that they would be fighting the disputed charge, but they refused to give a written explanation of the charge. They still have not provided me with anything beyond what they gave me initially. I still have no explanation of what they charged me for the extra $295. When I disputed the charge, my credit card company refunded me that amount. So now I am waiting for the dispute to be resolved.

BooknAir.com Response • May 14, 2019

Dear ***,

Any flights are not cancellable within 48 hours of departure and your case is same, still we have refunded as much as possible.

Rest You can contact Frontier Airlines directly if they can refund you because the booking was made on their website not through our GDS

Thanks

Our hockey team booked a group on Sotuhwest Airliens using Booknair.com. Unfortunately, my son was injured and did not go on the trip. Per booknair's request, we provided a doctor's note for substantiation and promised a refund. It has been 7 months and we still have not received a refund for *** G ticket #*** and Keith J G ticket #*** for roundtrip Newark/Chicago. I have called several times and spoken to various people who promise me a call back from the "billing department". I never received a call back. I finally was put in contact with an Alex C who had me email him the information. He said he would check with the airline and respond back to me. That has not happened. I have emailed him again and left messages and never received a reply. I do not believe this company has the intent of resolving this issue for my refund.

I believe this travel agency overcharged me for tickets by $700. I found them online while looking for the Southwest airlines customer service number. I presumed they were with the airline company. The agent said she was not with the airline but worked for a third party company. At that point I assumed the airline contracted out with a third party company.
I told the agent, Elena Wesley, I had a disabled mother and was looking for front row seats. She said she would have to book me a ticket before she could assign me seats. I asked if I had a 24 hour cancellation period. I paid for the ticket online that had a disclaimer about being nonrefundable. She assured me she would get me the seats I needed for my mother, in front. The ticket price was $700 over the online airline price of just over $1000 for two tickets with no additions.
Elena the next day gave me regular economy seats that did not cost anything extra, so I do not know why this company charged me the additional $700. I did not get any special seats as she said she would give me. She said I had to pay more than the extra $700 to get additional seats, as those seats are extra. I know it's my fault for assuming those seats were included in the $700 extra, but that is not what Elena said she would do. She assured me she would get me and my mother comfortable seats with more legroom. I could pay extra now, but I already paid $700 over the online fee just to get help with getting special seats I did not get. I believe this company overcharges and does not do what they say they will do, unless I pay more. Two tickets three months in advance from LA to Rochester NY should not cost $1765 without special seats, as promised. I know it's my fault for trusting the travel agent, but they should still not overprice by $700 and give no additional benefits for charging more than the online price.

When I asked her to give me the cheapest tickets she said she already booked comfortable seats for me, which I later discovered did not cost any more then the regular economy price of no extra price.

We had to cancel our flight due to a medical emergency. A charge was put on our Visa for $400.00 We were told that if we could prove that it was due to medical emergency, that our money would be refunded. We have called, texted and emailed Ashley Benson, Travel Sales Consultant, for BooknAir, many times.
Ashley said that he had talked with his supervisors and that they would refund the original $400.00. I then noticed an additional charge on my Visa for $200.00. I traced it back to BooknAir. I called Ashley and he told me that would talk to his supervisor. I gave Ashley a couple of days and then called him back and he sais that the $400.00 and the additional $200.00 would be sent to me in the form of a check in the mail, and that I should not dispute the charge with my credit card carrier. I waited for a check and when none came I tried to get in touch with Ashley I was told he was not available. Now the company BooknAir has seemed to have blocked my calls. I have contacted my Visa carrier and disputed the $200.00 charge as the 60 day period for the credit card dispute is about to expire. BooknAir has not returned my calls and the email I sent to Ashley that he gave me to contact him,. comes back undeliverable

On July , 2018, I purchased round trip tickets for $1,426.60 from Bob at Booknair () for round-trip flight from Tampa Airport to Eugene, Oregon airport. The ticket charge to my credit card was booked under the name of *** at ***.

On September , Bob from Booknair called me that the ticket price had been reduced to $1,200.60. The new charge of $1,200.60 was under the same name of *** but a different phone number ( ,). Further, Bob uses his company name of Booknfair in his emails to me: ***

On October *, 2018, I talked with Bob and his supervisor Alan W Billing Manager, from Booknair in a joint conference call at because the charge of $1,426.60 had not been removed from my credit card. purchase an international ticket for my daughter back on Sept. or , 2018 over the phone.
Keith was the sales person I made the arrangement with.
I did not receive the itinerant until the next day when I called to asked them to email it to me.
Reviewing the fly information, I find out he scheduled a lay over of 12.15 hrs in San Salvador. Not the 9 hr way back, as we agree when I gave him my credit card information.
After several calls and talking to several people including at least 3 supervisors one of which told me the sales person admitted giving me the wrong return, I got an email from Jason Parker stating they would made the change for the fly with only 45 minutes lay over.
