The staff is very willing to help you with choosing a unit that fit my needs and they are very politeThe facility is very clean and well maintained too!

We are sorry that Ms*** is not satisfied with her care that she received. Do note that it is customary procedure on our behalf to change/switche patients from one provider to another for various reasons. We do not reimburse patients for services rendered. Our practice will not reimburse any requested monies.

We appreciate that the Revdex.com is trying to resolve the complaint. We also have made several attempts to resolve this issue. Healthcare outcomes vary by conditions and unfortunately some are not easily resolved. We provided Mrs*** with the proper standard and sequence of care
as it relates to her conditions. The doctors and staff have had multiple communications about exams, test results and listened to her concerns. She is wishing that her medical issues could be resolved easily but it is more complicated than that. We have tried to discuss that with her but she is resistant. We will try again to resolve her complaint. Thank you for contacting us.

We were a tenant of Blue Angel Stor-It-Mate to over 4 years. Couldn't have asked for a better business to deal with! They handled any questions promptly, always felt our belongings were in a safe environment. And when we finally moved out they offered a helping hand. If I ever needed to store any of our belongings in Pensacola again, they would definitely get our business.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.

The services were not rendered and that is why I am asking for my money back! I still have No idea what any of my test results were from the Colonoscopy, M.R.I. and all the blood work. Dr. Rickoff was never in the doctor office to personally talk to me all those times I was there. I was paying to see my doctor and then I end up on Humira before my doctor checked me for an infection first. Which ended up leading to 4 surgeries because he did not care at all!

I have tried numerous ways to contact them. Through phone calls and certified letters. They have not once tried to contact me to resolve this issue. This doctor has put me in the hospital so many times because he didn't care. I had to have 4 surgeries in 6 weeks time because he didn'tcare for me. I went through extensive pain and trauma because he not once physically examined me at the doctors office. I still to this day am having problems because of Dr. [redacted]. I literally had to Beg them to help me because I was in so much pain! If everything was so great why did [redacted] personally intervene and switch me to another doctor? It is a simple request that I am asking for my money back as well as for time lost at work (over 3 months). It is sad and horrible to know that a doctor can do whatever they want and get away with it! I want what I asked for, simple as that. I will not stop until they pay me back.

Every credit card I gave Blue Angel Store-it-Mate was comprised. So I gave a Master card, that NO ONE ELSE HAD and it was compromised. Furthermore, they have been keeping written records, on all credit cards which violates the credit card industry PCI standards. Then they asked me for another credit card and asked this be either emailed in or faxed in (both insecure methods). This additional credit card given to them in January also was hit with fraudulent charges within days of giving it to them. They are clueless when it comes to data security. In January, they changed billing systems, and they referred to these written records, that they were not suppose to keep. From talking to others, there were many issues with the change over and many compromised accounts. Instead of owning up to it and doing the right thing, Darla hit us with late fees after Blue Angel Store It Mate compromised my credit card. We asked these fees be removed but she refused. We were also charge a $15 dollar fee for charging our credit card. How absurd is that? We spoke with other tenants, that also had issues with Darla [redacted] be difficult, rigid and unbending. Should you ever need any consideration and someone to work with you, this is NOT the place. We also have found out they have been overcharging us since we moved in. After informing them of the data breach Darla [redacted] refused payment for April's rent. She gave us less than 24 hours to move out

Review: I purchased some books on Sept 15 at this store, and the clerk told me about becoming a member for a discount on my purchase. I agreed but as I was swiping my debit card, I seen a fee of 25.00 for this. So I told her to cancel that please. She took a while but thought the transaction was voided for (94.54) She then rang me up again for the correct amount (77.28) When I received my bank statement I am showing both of these transactions went thru and I am still waiting for my $94.54. I have been calling and talking to the store manager "Clarence" since 9/20 when I discovered this. Needless to say I am still waiting for my Credit. I want my money back now!Desired Settlement: I want my 94.54 back!!

Review: I went on Books A Million website to check the price of the [redacted] series books in paperback. It said it was $31.17. It then let you check the availability in the store. It showed it being in stock at the store in my area and had no price from the store. This leads you to believe it goes along with its website. I waste a lot of time to drive to the store and time to find it. I took it up front to the cashier to check the price. The cashier said it was $51.99. I showed the manager their website and it showed it in stock at her store with no reference that it cost $20.00 dollars more in the store. Her solution is to just buy it off the website. It should note the large difference in price when the chain store is brought up, before wasting time and gas to drive to the store. This is very dishonest to show one price on their website and lure you into the store hoping you will pay the hire price.Desired Settlement: Make it so the store price has to be shown if it is different from the website when the store is pulled up.

Review: Customer service representative convinced us to purchase the Millionaire Club Membership. She explained the benefits included free shipping for on-line books. We bought the membership mostly based on that premise. She failed to mention there are several exclusions to free shipping. The company website lists the following exclusions below. This was bait and switch. We would never have bought the membership had we been told about the exclusions. Instead we were told there was blanket free shipping, which was clearly not true.

"Exclusions

Products identified as "not eligible" for Free Shipping are excluded. These include Used and Out of Print books from our authorized partners, items exceeding size and weight guidelines, all digital formats including books, music and video, and all periodicals and magazines.

Shipments to Canada are ineligible for Free Shipping. This also includes the U.S. Virgin Islands and U.S. Protectorates.

Shipments to correctional facilities are ineligible for Free Shipping

Shipments to PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses are ineligible for Free Shipping. However, we offer Millionaire's Club Members shipping items to PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses Free Standard Shipping.

New & Used Marketplace items are shipped from a variety of sellers, and are therefore not eligible for Free Shipping.

Orders identified as exceeding quantity and or weight for standard shipping provider are ineligible for free freight. Customers will be notified by Booksamillion.com customer service of freight charge required."Desired Settlement: I would like a refund of the $25 membership fee.

Review: Books A Million has taken $25 from my checking account. I have only been to the store one time (1) eVER and 3 to 4 years later they are saying that I signed up as a rewards card member which is not true. 2 yrs ago they also charged my checking account for magazines which I had cancelled a year prior. I told them to delete all of my finanical information then and they did not, even though their representataive assured me they removed my financial information. Then yesterday 7/19/2014 when going through my banking statement I saw where they deducted $25 from my account. I called ###-###-#### and spoke with a supervisor Annette and told her to take reimburse my money and to again delete all of my finanical information. I also told her I would be filing a complaint with the Revdex.com because this is the second time this has been done by Books A Million and I have been to their store one (1) time PERIOD. Books A Million has my banking information and are taking money out of my bank account that they HAVE NOT BEEN GIVEN AUTHORIZATION for. I want ALL my financial information remove, deleted, purged from every area in their computer system.Desired Settlement: I want my money refunded to my checking account. I want ALL of my FINANICAL information deleted, purged from their computer system. I want Books A Million fined for their fraudulent practices (this is the 2nd time). I want Books A Million to be flagged as having bad business practices.
