I placed an order through B.B.P.D (Books to inmates) back on 1/18/20 and money was take out of my banking account on 1/21/20 reach out to this company 4 times and the only reply I was received was that I needed to complete my order which I had already did seeing that money was take from my banking account. MY finance still has not received the book that I ordered for him. They also promise that there was going to be tracking information sent so that you know that the inmate has received the book and almost 2 months later still nothing.

I purchased books through the directory that was given here in the prison. I requested books back in February 2019. A pay to was sent out to the BBPD-books to inmates and was cashed but no merchandise was ever received. I have worked with the billing office here at the prison to get this taken care of but BBPD has no contact information except for a mailing address to send complaints. Several complaints have been sent from myself, my family and the prison business office but no response has been sent. I would like to recoup my money or have the merchandise sent.

My husband made two separate orders one $66.08 and other $83.80.The first order was sent on 12/28/18 4 books check *** and the second was sent on 1/04/19 3 books check *** He has not received any of his books and it is now March 1st. Nor have they sent him anything stating when he will receive them. I sent many request on these orders on their web site and haven't been emailed a reply. He has sent a letter as well. No response at all. The orders were sent by my husband ***. We will truly appreciate it if we could find out what is going on with the order. He prefer the books.

My boy friend is incarcerate in The united states Penitentiary. This service provides books for inmates at a cost. My boy friend ordered a book and the book was rejected by the prison. He received a receipt and a note stating he would have a credit.

I went to make an order for him online and it does not show or let me make the purchase with his credit of $38.00 dollars issued on 8/29/18. He has know way have making that purchase himself this is why he asked me to help.

On April, 7, 2018 I received 1-magazine, (the wrong magazine) and a receipt, with the buyers/ customers name on it , who's address a jail in ***

On April, 8th, 2018, I attached the receipt to a handwritten letter,and I mailed it to the above *** company address. I made copies of bother letter and receipt. In my letter, I requested to be sent my correct order that I payed for, Today is 6/4/18 Monday and I have not received my magazines nor a response- to my letter of inquiry.

Took my money no product

Magazines were ordered for an inmate through their ***.com website and the prison rejected the order, issued a contraband citation and asked for them to be sent back. They were sent to me to be sent back and I sent them back using USPS priority mail with a tracking number and the return was received May 2, 2018 at 12:21pm. An email was sent to the company asking when the refund was going to be issued for the items they have received and I never received a response nor was I issued a refund.

I made an online book purchase from this company. I've sent multiple messages and called about this order and never received a response. My boyfriend was released before the books got to him. The jail confirmed that they sent them back. I'm been asking them to give me a refund or have the books sent to my home address.

Order #*** for 2 magazines totaling $29.93 were NEVER received by the correctional facility. I want a full refund of my money since the magazines were not received. I have screen shots.of entire tracking history.

I placed an order for a book on bookstoinmates.com on October 20, 2017 with a shipping address in Atwater, CA. The order number is 7410. On October 21, 2017 an email confirmation was receive that the book has been shipped via usps with a tracking number ***.
I have been tracking the shipment and it was delivered on October 25, 2017 to a PO Box in Brooklyn, NY. That is in a completely different state. I have an email confirmation of the order that clearly state the address is Atwater, CA. I've sent an email to the business on October 25, 2017 and receive no reply. I requested for a refund. The book was shipped to the wrong address and I simply just want a refund.
