Boom a rang beverage

Review: on October 26 2013 I purchased two kegs of keystone light beer priced at $70.49 each. I was told it was a $100 deposit for the kegs and my total was rung up at $276.65 which I paid with my card. when I returned the first keg I was givin $30 back for a refund and was told im only getting $60 back total for both kegs when I payed $276.65. I then called them the next day and explained the situation to them and was told to come in with the receipt and they will correct it. I brought them the receipt that I was givin that had no description on it of the two kegs I purchased and was told I was over charged $7 and responded that's it? the lady then printed me out a description receipt of both kegs totaling $209.44 but ignored the original receipt I had givin her of $276.65 for two kegs. I was over charged $67.21 + $60 for the keg returns should total the amount of $127.21 total. I got $60 for the keg returns but still am being shorted of $67.21 that I get back. I was printed a receipt with no description but had a friend with me to witness that is exactly what I purchased and only that and was over charged a total of $67.21Desired Settlement: whether this was on purpose or accidental I deserve my money back that I was over charged.

We have operated Boom-A-Rang. Beverage for 10+ years. We take great pride in our service to our valued customers. We do not recall any complaints similar to the referenced report.

The gentleman at our cash register believes the customer received a keg and a portable tap system which would be a $100 Deposit. Yet, he did not record it in our Deposit Register which is our policy to avoid such situations. Our security camera system gives us only a 30 day record.

Thus, we accept the customer's claim as a human error on our part. We returned $67.21 to the customer on December 4th. We have emphasized the importance of following property procedures to avoid any further errors.

We regret any inconvenience to the customer and the Revdex.com due to our mishandling of this matter.
