We are unable to comment on why the customer did not return the movie. As explained the movie was not in the box when returned and that is why the customer was unable to insert the box into the kiosk. The system will not accept returns without the movie disc in the box. The box is labeled inside and out with the company contact info, see attached. Note missing disc.

Review: I returned a movie to this kiosk over two weeks ago. The manager of the store told me to leave the movie with her because it would not take it into the box. I called over 5 times and she kept telling me that I would be refunded and the gentleman picked the movie up on Monday (2 weeks later) and would refund me. I finally called this gentleman and he refused to refund me claiming the movie was not in there, when I have witnesses that it was, and that its my fault and too bad cause I have to pay. The grocery store had it for over 3 weeks and easily could have stolen it but he instead blamed me and refused to give me a refund while also speaking to me like a child. His customer service is disgusting and their business is a sham.Desired Settlement: I would like my money back, the $38 (which is ABSURD because no DVD costs that much ever)
