We have already contacted our customer regarding this complaint and have recognized our entry error on this orderA remake order has already been submitted for this issue on 4/29/as the correct jerseys are being produced at a rush timeframe to be shipped to the customer upon completionThis resolve has been communicated to our customer on 4/

Customer Monica [redacted] contacted us on 4/3/to initiate the return for (2) items she ordered with Boombah, which were the Women's Compression Cool Mock Long Sleeve Shirts in Columbia Blue color and size Large for both itemsBoombah's return policy listed on our website clearly states that all items must be returned back to us in new condition, in the original packaging and must be shipped back in a shipping boxIf items returned are not within these conditions, the return will be refusedAs part of our returns process, all items returned from our customers are reviewed to ensure they are able to be resold for new purchaseThe items Monica [redacted] returned to us were not received back in new condition as one of the items displayed signs of use due to the stains shown on the garment while the other returned item carried a smoke scent, which does not allow Boombah to restock the items into our inventoryBoth of the items returned to Boombah were denied due to this reasoning for not complying with our return policy which is also emailed to the customer at the time of placing an order with usAs a gesture of good faith in correspondence to this public complaint, we have decided to refund Monica [redacted] for these (2) returned items in the amount of $which was the total of both items on the return she created with Boombah, even though her returned items did not comply with our policyThe refund for this customer has been made as of today 4/19/We have captured and notated photo documentation of both items returned back to Boombah for Monica [redacted] return to validate our decision to deny the return authorization while supporting the information stated above

Order # [redacted] was placed by our customer [redacted] on 12/2/and within this order included a Clearance Closeout Stained [redacted] Black/Gold which carried a reduced price of $from $due to the imperfection of having staining on the bag, hence the reasoning for the product being listed at this reduced rate and located on our clearance section of the websiteWithin our online product description of this product, we do state that this particular bag will have mild staining, which is why it is sold separately from the other [redacted] ***s that we currently sellThe order confirmation email that we provided to the customer also lists this bag with a description as "Closeout Stained [redacted] Black/Gold" to reiterate the flaw for this productWith that being said, we do want our customers to be completely satisfied with their ordering experience and have decided to assist our customer with a pre-paid return shipping label to have this bag sent back to us for a refund of the product priceIn addition, we have also covered the Expedited [redacted] Ground shipping costs on a new order placed by [redacted] for a new color for the bag initially ordered to assist with the dissatisfaction of his original purchase

We sincerely apologize for this custom order delay from our production facility as Nate [redacted] order was shipped out days late past the due date communicated per our production lead timesWe truly pride ourselves on delivery commitments to our customers as we unfortunately fell short in this instanceWe would be more than willing to provide Nate [redacted] with an additional discount of 40% ($201.96) due to the issues incurred through his custom ordering with us for receiving his order late along with receiving incorrect/invalid tracking information for his shipmentWe have already made a refund for 10% of the order total back to Nate [redacted] on 5/2/We hope that this additional refund helps reconcile and resolve the complaint presented

We have acknowledged some production stitching issues with some of the shirts the customer has ordered and received per Order # [redacted] We are in the process of remaking any of the shirts affected with this stitching issue as confirmed by our request of pictures of each shirt affected instead of having to have all of the shirts physically mailed back to us for reviewThe remake shirts are in Production and will be completed and shipped to the customer at our earliest time.I have had the chance to speak with Tim [redacted] by phone yesterday 3/regarding his order concerns per this Revdex.com Case # [redacted] and he assured me that his issues were being addressed with our order manager and that he would contact the Revdex.com back to let you know that we are resolving this issue for him as we originally intended on doing, but required pictures of the specific issue in order to do so

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: All the VERBAL/WRITTEN email correspondences with PERSONNEL associated with the company were considered legit and we were led to believe a store credit was possibleWE were completely not happy with BOOMBAH bats after buying the first oneHow hard was it for the company to use a credit for another product? Our customer's original purchase price for the shoes ordered on SO #[redacted] was $as the shoes received and used incurred a defect during initial use as our customer contacted us to inform us of the issue with the Lacrosse mid cleatsInstead of providing the same model for replacement as what was originally ordered, the customer opted for a replacement model which has a retail price of $39.99, which is $cheaper than the original shoes purchased on 4/20/Replacements for any manufacturer's defects are normally always replaced with the same model/price of what was originally purchased as we have made an error with our customer for not honoring the difference in price as a credit on their accountBoombah will honor an open credit in the amount of $due to this price difference as this has been emailed to the account holder for future use towards a new purchase
