Review: I ordered my son a [redacted] jump house for his 8th bday party on feb 5th for the party on feb 21 and the day of the party I called the number on my invoice and after 5-6 times a lady answered and I told her whats ging on and why it has not arrived and she said that she used to do business with this company before but now she works for boomers events and she would not give me the info I needed for the Americas party stop she said she would call the person and figure out refund but she said she would get to memonday 23rd but she has not answered my emails nor my calls and the guy [redacted] has not answered either so I need to get this resolvedDesired Settlement: I want my refund of the $109 and also the $150 I had to come up with last minute for the other jump house they should pay me for all my stress they put me threw and my son but if not just the $109 and $150 so $259 they should be responsible for
