Yet, patient kept goading about a “new medical fee, $which she just saw on a website (?), I asked her the name of the website, she got more agitated/refused to name the website, and rolled her eyes, and kept on cursing with foul language
I told the patient that in the past there are several websites which were not built by Boomer Medical Staff, thus, I am unable to have access and update the medical fee
Patient demanded to be seen for $otherwise, patient threatened that she will file a complaint against Boomer Medical Clinic to the: Revdex.com, Medical Board, and TV station

I am rejecting this response because: As indicated on the attachment, the Employment Physical is supposed to be $40. I asked for the $40 Employment Physical and did not receive it. Also, her claim that I said I only had $20 is incorrect. As you can see from the second attachment, I had the $40 to pay, however, she stated the price was $65. As of 10/07/15 the site maintains that the price is $40. Services should be rendered for that amount.However, please note that this is not the first time some has complained about being overcharged at this facility. I have attached reviews from [redacted] on this facility in which she charged another woman extra for having pain or coming in on a Sunday. I want to assure I am getting my medical services at a fair price and this facility is unable or unwilling to abide by the laws.

Due to the patient's behavior and the safety of the medical staff , Boomer Medical Clinic already recommended the above patient to find another clinic, so she can get her physical exam to be done (Med 7 charges $ 89.00 for a Physical Exam). Initially, patient tried to bargain for lowering the medical fee to $20.00. When the patient failed to do so, she tried to bully and threaten the medical staff. Patient came back and forth to the Boomer Medical Clinic for Three Times, and gradually “Modify her Story”, in an attempt to achieve the “lower rate” than the designated medical fee. Boomer Medical Clinic is NOT A FREE/ subsidized medical clinic. Thus, Boomer Medical Clinic is unable to provide medical services for free or at a discounted rate as per the patient's request. Moreover, Boomer treats all patients equally and is unable to lower down the medical fee due to repeatedly being “bullied or threatened or verbally harrassed” by the patient. Boomer Medical Clinic reserves the right to refuse service to anyone, especially after the patient tried to bully and verbally harass the medical staff for personal gain.
