Purchased a dynojet pv1. The screen split while pressing the auto tune button. Sent it to the customer service. While there were ZERO marks on the device itself, the glass/plastic screen had broken.
They made no effort to fix/replace but are forcing me to either take back my old one (7 months old) or buy a new one for $300. Plus they will not return my old tuner.
Absolute horrible service, I will not buy from them again.
