broken in and after a week it does give a little bit but that's normal. We will gladly exchange the mattress under the manufacturers warranty terms. I will try and reach out to him today if I don't hear back from the Revdex.com.

Yes, the sectional came in without 4 legs. We reached out to manufacturer and they subsequently put an order in for the legs. We received the legs on 12/29/2015 and reached out to customer to deliver on 12/31/2015. I do understand that it took longer than expected but with the holidays the furniture...

business is pretty hectic. All of which is beyond our control. We always aim t satisfy our customers. As for the same sectional being available on our website for less and it being less other places, there are similar sectionals out there. The one that was purchased was priced right, the one on our website is a totally different model and smaller.
