On October 14th 2016 I called Revdex.com to find out why was my case closed. The representative told me that...

Boomslang Fabrication responded to Revdex.com and that their answer was sastifactory therefore the case was closed. He told me that I can submit pictures which shows any damage that may be causing the product not to be working and Revdex.com can re open the case. I am submitting two pictures. One picture shows where one inner wire appears to be defaulted/damaged. I originally submitted these pictures on 10/15/16 at 4:24am the day after I first contacted Revdex.com. I sent it to: [redacted]. Please keep me up to date if possible. I highly appreciate your attention and interest in helping me.
