*** ***.The pets were in a horrible condition.Dirty place and a cold barn.Some dogs were out on the cold outside on bare concrete
Inside were a cold place no blankets there and bare cold and unhygienic place.*** *** .I am so sad for these animals.How could a place like this operate in Canada
