In December [redacted] took money out of my account without my permissionThey had my card information from being set up with Autopay for some timeThen they did it again in June I called in June they said I hadn’t taken it off my account informationIt is not true because I had gone in the month before and asked them to take it off and waited for a confirmation on itI talked to the bank, and they told me if I change my card they can’t do it anymoreIn June, [redacted] caused $in overcharges through my bankThe account had been turned off Autopay, and [redacted] offered dollar credit, but I was sick that week and I guess I didn’t react quick enough to receive itIn the end of July or the first of August I went ahead and changed my card information completely and [redacted] charged my new card! Bank dis-enrolled me from automatic debit payments and has never explain why and refused to re-enroll Bank has overcharged me for flood insurance and in fact got a flood insurance policy I have to pay for when I already had flood insurance at a lower cost Payments by phone are difficult and the total due never matches the monthly statement meaning I don't know how much to pay
Customer service failed to respond to my email inquiry about these issues I suspect the bank has also damaged my credit rating due to their unauthorized removal of automatic payment plan I suspect they are collecting a lot of late fees and additional interest by using this tactic

We have Called and have sent the documents needed for Automatic debit on separate occasionsWe have not received the signed documents to complete this request

We have made contact with the customer by phone and letter to resolve his questions. Please see attached correspondence to the customer. Thank you for the opportunity to resolve this with the customer
