Boone Creek Cabinetry did not live up to their advertising After months of meetings and expensive plans being drawn up, and handsomely paid for, they were 100% over budget! Their experience was exaggerated, with claims of homes they were building, when renovations were really all they performed, particularly kitchen and bathsMine was a total rehab of a large *** *** home.Shockingly, and the reason we fired them from our project was their advertisement including the renovation of our home before it was even startedAdvertisement that included an elevator which never was installed!
Their *** cabinetry line is of great quality and we did still order only the cabinetry (over $100K and installed by others) from them to get this grossly delayed project underway The finish on the kitchen cabinetry was not consistent and my NEW cabinetry had to be refinished IN MY HOME This was a big time consuming, messy delay but did get resolved
From start to finish it was months for just cabinetry! Smaller projects perhaps go smoothly, but I regret not checking references on the size project I was doing
