I spoke with *** [redacted] the week of 1/11/He indicated he would not be available the week of 1/12/We went over the issues and I will be calling him 1/19/to set up scheduling the workWe (AHT) are still waiting for our manufacturer to deliver the part that was damaged on our last deliveryAs soon as the part delivers we will be there the next day to install itThe exact date of delivery is yet to be determined from our manufacturerWhen we know the date of delivery of the part needed, AHT will contact him right away to get it installedThe air leaks can be addressed and fixed next week if Mr [redacted] ’s schedule and the weather allows us to work

I spoke with *** [redacted] today 12/1/Advanced Home Technologies has received shipping information for the parts needed to perform the service workWe should have this matter resolved by the end of next week

We have received the above referenced letter and the following is what we have done or will do to the rectify the issues. 1. The glue oozing from around the window insert on the door is being caused by heat buildup between the door we installed and the
storm door the customer providedThe storm door installed on the entry door is causing the problemIt is allowing the heat to build up between the door and storm doorMr*** removed the glass while we were there to prevent this from happening in the futureIt is not covered by the manufacturers warranty, however we will remove and reseal the frame while we are there adjusting the deadbolt.2. and are just a slight adjustment and will be taken care of.4. The frost on the door is caused by the bottom sweep being deteriorated along with a weather strip on the cornerTheses have a one year warranty but will be replaced by us when we go for the other items. The double hung window was installed over the kitchen sink because a casement style window could not be made the width that was needed for that window because of size limitationsWe were there and the window operates fine……the fact that you need to reach over the counter to operate it is what makes it difficultWe have talked to Mr*** about installing a different window in the kitchen and moving the existing window to another location in the house.I’m not sure why after our technician was there in January we never replied to Mr***’s concernsWe are sorry for the inconvenience and will do our best to get the issues resolved as soon as possible. I followed up with Steve [redacted] and his wife [redacted].  They are satisfied with the windows operation.  We are going out on Thursday to address a bend in one of the screens.  They will let us know if we can be of any further assistance to them.  Any questions please contact me.

I have received your letter dated 10/03/2014 in reference to the above ID number. We understand that we have had some issues with Mr. [redacted]’s project and felt that we had all the issues addressed as of approximately two weeks ago. The new issues that are brought up in this complaint have not been...

addressed with us up to the time of this email. We have always taken care of our problems and this will be no exception. I did call Mr. [redacted] and left a voicemail wanting to talk to him to validate any additional issues he may have. When I am able to get in contact with him I will determine what the issues are and take care of them. I appreciate your time in this matter.
