Review: the new cashier is very rude and un called for [redacted] the manger favors employees he shows no respect to his workers or the customers. raven and other cashiers roll eyes at me and have impatient's for their customers.Desired Settlement: I would like to receive a email from business to ensure they understand or other actions will be taken for the disrespect the show me

Ms. [redacted] appears to have a complaint on finding items in our store, the manager (myself) being rude and always busy, and a complaint on favoring my employees. I am terribly sorry that she is having an issue on locating items in our store. However, if she cannot locate what it is she desires to purchase, we would be more than happy to assist in her shopping. If that does not solve the issue, I would be than happy to personally help her myself. As far as being rude, I treat everyone with the same respect and courtesy that they express to me. Now, for "always being busy", yes I am a very busy person. I manage and operate a prosperous business in which I take pride in the accomplishments and advances we have made over the years. Accomplishments such as these takes time, dedication, and commitment. So yes, I am guilty of "always being busy". Lastly, on favoring my employees; the current employees have been with me and this business for some time now. They have been here through the endeavors, and also dealing with the worst of times. We have overtime, grown a bond and a trust in one another that we hold dearly. So, if Ms. [redacted] meditates this as favoring, well then I guess I am guilty of that as well.Thank you for your time and attention to this matter.Sincerely,[redacted]Store Manager

I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved.
