did not know this until a phone call received from [redacted] Jan 19, 2016. Jan 19, 2016 [redacted] sent second email to Kyle [redacted] and again email went to spam folder. [redacted] called Deco-Crete which is when Kyle realized that customer's emails were going to a spam folder. Jan 20, 2016 Kyle sent a revised quote and his price calculation had increased for various reasons. At this point quote was over 45 days, 1st of year price increases on materials (mainly retaining wall blocks), labor and some work desired that was not originally quoted or included in original quote. Feb 04, 2016 Deco-Crete has sent revised quote to customer honoring original pricing from Nov 09, 2015 but did included the additional work requested for retaining wall system. Conclusion: I apologize for confusion and we have instituted a plan/ to check spam folders as we have a fairly tight email security system.
