The ordering process through the website is not user friendly at all It's very easy to make a mistake especially if you have more than one student There are no pictures to see the items you're choosing For being a middle man service, they should have a top-notch ordering system Our school used a service called Choice Lunch which was a lunch provider with their own top-notch website I wish Boonli would check this out to understand the inefficiencies and lack of user-friendliness of the way their site operates What I loved about Choice Lunch is that the site allowed us to put funds on your account so that when you wanted to order all you had to do is click the picture of the item on the calendar under the student name and with one click you were done; the item was ordered--no need to add to cart and no need to go to your cart and process payment If you wanted to order additional lunches, it was so easy to move from day to day; Boonli's process is so cumbersome in comparison
My child's school (within the LAUSD) changed lunch vendors to orderlunche***The menu is biweekly repeatsThe ordering process is a painYou practically have to order weeks in advanced before mondayAnd there is nothing to indicate what the meal looks likeForced to guessI ordered a chicken salad meal for my year oldIt turned out to be a giant bowl of lettuce sprinkled with some chicken, cucumber and a packet of dressingNo drink eitheryear olds don't eat a salad! And for five bucks I could have gotten a better salad from a fast food place insteadThis place is basically a middle man between amazon produce suppliers and the school who gets a finders fee for having amazon ship the "food"They need to have more transparency for what the meals look like and include...AND include all the food groups and a drink
