Made a deal on a boat with this company, put down payment down on boat and was suppose to go and pick up the following Saturday After getting home and doing some research on the internet found the boat at a much cheaper price on there wed site Called our salesman and he told me that cause it was on the internet at that he would have to sell me the boat at that priceWhen I got to the place on Saturday morning after taking my boat with me to do a trade in which was over hours away from my house, the manager comes in and informs us that he is going to refund us our money that he was not making the deal cause he could not sell the boat for that If you can't sell the boat for that then you should not have it on your website at that price I was lied to more that once over this deal!! They did refund my money by check on that Monday, but I do believe if they had not know that I had already spoke with a lawyer I would not have got my check that quick

I recently went in with my girlfriend to Boat N RV, and was pleasantly surprised with the service I received You hear horror stories on things like this sometime, but I guess sometimes that is just someone trying to poison the well Immediately upon walking in, I was offered coffee and taken to look at the boat I had mentioned I was interested in(the interceptor 24SST) I am a big fisher, but it is more for fun, not something I ever to do professionally As we passed by it I saw a pontoon boat that caught my eye and the salesman was more than happy to go over its features with me After looking at both and going over what I would be doing with the boat, the salesman recommended the pontoon boat to me even though it was substantially cheaper I am now the proud owner of a sunchaser CNF RE, at a fraction of the cost Thanks Boat N RV for a great experience!

I have been waiting since August for a return check on a extended warranty they told me By December well now we're getting to February and the Hamburg store is blaming the Tennessee Store and this is not the first time we have had problemsVery discussed!!!!!!!!!

I went with my son to help him pick out his first boat Our family has had a couple of boats before(pontoon and speedboats) so I felt pretty knowledgeable about the subject When we walked in though, the shear volume of how many different models and styles this location has are a little overwhelming The sales man that greeted us was very friendly and helpful he offered us both coffee and then asked us a few questions about what we were looking for He showed us around a lot of different options for what my son wanted He pointed out a reduced price boat that was still brand new, but last years model This saved my son a ton of money and got him everything he wanted out of his boat We had a great time working with this company and would do it again in a heartbeat if we ever needed another boat or an RV

I would consider doing business elsewhere even if you have to drive many milesMy experience was not pleasantFirst of all, pressure sales, need I say moreSecond, they did not stand by the terms they had agreed uponIt changed the next dayThird, there was a problem that needed to be fixed before I picked the trailer upIt wasn'tNow I need to take it back, when the new AC comes inAlso, I got a sense that many people don't know these trailersThe repair techs were excellentThey should be the ones selling these trailers Finally, I must say I made a mistakeI bought this trailer thinking that the refrigerator would be both propane and electricIt wasn'tI only mention this for those of you getting ready to buy a trailer, think before you buyI think if I had had more time to investigate the trailer, I would have found certain things that may have led me to change my mindBut the pressure I felt from needing to buy this trailer may have obscured my judgment Finally, I would like to say that the Forest River product is a moderately good product but very overpricedThey had an upgrade in cabinetry that was about $That price was about a sixth of the total priceThey are cheap laminated cabinets, made in the USA Anyhow, I needed a trailer quicklyI will never buy another trailer from Boat-N-RV againIf you are getting ready to buy a trailer you may want to think twice before you buyDon't buy the first day you lookGo home and think about itI made the mistake but I hope this may help you

My husband and I have purchased three different items from Boat-N-RV Supercenter in Rockwood, TN The lastest one being a Forrest River XLR Toy Hauler One of the main reasons we went back to Boat-N-RV was Mr*** *** We stopped by one holiday afternoon, (not realizing that they were closed for the holiday),and waited thinking they were maybe gone to lunchMr*** came and informed us that they were closed, but he would be happy to show us whatever we were interested in He spent about an 1/hours with us that afternoon, I am sure he had other things he had to complete (like inventory, I think is what he said) Approximately two weeks ago I stopped by Boat-N-RV on the way to my class at Roane State College-Oak Ridge, spoke with him again (it's very rare that he is at the location), he stopped what he was doing and gave me his full attention I requested that he have someone call me, and that afternoon Mrs*** *** called and stated that Mr***had told her "to take care of us, because we had purchased from him before" Boat-N-RV did just that! We purchased our newest Toy Hauler on February 14, What a great Valentine's Day present for both my husband and myself Thank you Mr*** *** for caring about the little people!!!

Went to boat n rv on first occasion yesterday and looked at a new travel trailer We were only looking to see what was out thereHad a salesperson to show us a trailer that suited us perfectly Told them about our older camper as possible trade in Sales manager came out and offered is trade on on our unit sight unseen We informed them that we really needed to think it over since it is a large purchase and specifically asked if the offer was for a certain time period The sales manager said his deals did not change from one day to the next Went back today and guess what the deal from just hours ago is no longer good They want us to pay 30,for a camping trailer that they offered to me yesterday for Don't waste your time at the Rockwood location

My husband recently retired and we began our search for a motorhomeWe did our research and decided to check out Boat n Rv in Westel, TnWe were impressed with the huge selection on their lot, the knowledge of their sales staff, and the entire buying experienceWe would recommend Boat n Rv to anyone who is considering purchasing an rv or motorhomeFrom the salesman who answered all of our question to the manager who made sure all of our needs were met, Thank you

I am also waiting for a check from BOATNRV for a cancelled extended warranty planMy claim was submitted last year, and I have called them or gone by their Rockwood, Tennessee location at least a dozen timesThe last few times I have talked to or communicated directly with the general managerI was told that the check was being cut days ago and put in the mailI have still not received it, and am doubting that I will unless I go back out there, or go through the Revdex.com to help me get this resolved
I would never recommend this business to anyone, based on my experience with the way they treat their customersThe general manager refuses to talk to me, or to get my check to me

I had warranty work done on my r.v ...I was told new parts were installed to fix the problem..my paperwork reflected new parts were installed..I got my Rv from tnTo FlFor a family vacationMy new converter they just installed to replace the first converter they also installed failed while on the first day of our vacationWe were devastated and stayed in a hotel..after returning home I again took it back to rockwood location to be fixed under warrant for the third time.they were unapologetic about our bad experience in FloridaOk so the convertor was again replaced for a third time in months..while there the service people told me it was installing incorrectly by there technician and he was discharged..so in april I again picked up my camper..my paperwork said convertor faulty and replaced with a new one again..well guess what? Second time we used it three lights and two plugs don't work.they lied about replacing it.it was repaired instead and still broke..never again...lie

I went with my son to help him pick out his first boat. Our family has had a couple of boats before(pontoon and speedboats) so I felt pretty knowledgeable about the subject. In March 2015 I purchased a used interceptor boat for approximately fifteen grand..I used my old boat as a trade.they seen my trade and agreed to give me 2000. In trade value..I agreed we signed paperwork for trade as well as my 2000.00 down payment..I did my financing gave em the check and delivering my trade in boat.all deals all sales were final.I unhooked trade boat hooked up new boat to my truck.trade boat had been in storage two years without running.I was told not to get it running or even clean trade in boat just bring.after I was about to leave with my new boat the manager toldme he had to hear it run..he said take it home get it running bring it back and deal done.within 30 minutes I had boat running per our deal but was called and told they did no longer want it instead they needed another 2000.00 ..we had a signed deal but they wouldn't honor it.first time my young children and I took boat out.guages failed, all three .followed by complete engine failure.we had to be rescue

I would consider doing business elsewhere even if you have to drive many miles. My experience was not pleasant. First of all, pressure sales, need I say more. Second, they did not stand by the terms they had agreed upon. It changed the next day. Third, there was a problem that needed to be fixed before I picked the trailer up. It wasn't. Now I need to take it back, when the new AC comes in. Also, I got a sense that many people don't know these trailers. The repair techs were excellent. They should be the ones selling these trailers.
Finally, I must say I made a mistake. I bought this trailer thinking that the refrigerator would be both propane and electric. It wasn't. I only mention this for those of you getting ready to buy a trailer, think before you buy. I think if I had had more time to investigate the trailer, I would have found certain things that may have led me to change my mind. But the pressure I felt from needing to buy this trailer may have obscured my judgment.
Finally, I would like to say that the Forest River product is a moderately good product but very overpriced. They had an upgrade in cabinetry that was about $1700. That price was about a sixth of the total price. They are cheap laminated cabinets, made in the USA.
Anyhow, I needed a trailer quickly. I will never buy another trailer from Boat-N-RV again. If you are getting ready to buy a trailer you may want to think twice before you buy. Don't buy the first day you look. Go home and think about it. I made the mistake but I hope this may help you.

Review: Myself and two others decided to rent a townhome through Langley Apartments in the Boonboro Village, Lynchburg, VA. Before signing the lease, we asked if the agents had a home available that did not have any renters with pets in the past. One of the three of us is extremely allergic to pet dander, mold, and cigarette smoke. If she is exposed to any of those allergens, she has severe asthma attacks. We were told that unit #9 did not have pet owners and toured the home. We were satisfied with the home, but noticed that the air conditioner was on and set to a very low temperature for the tour. After thinking through the decision and carefully reading the lease agreement, we each signed the lease and took possession of the townhouse April 15, 2016. When we visited the home again after signing, the air conditioner was off. Immediately upon entering the unit, the smell of pets and mold was very strong and permeated the entire unit. We believe the smell was being disguised by running the A/C at a low temperature. As we were in the home, my roommate began to have a very severe asthma attack and it was necessary for her to leave the unit and use a rescue inhaler. She is unable to inhabit the home. The next day, we notified the leasing office that the home was uninhabitable and requested to break the lease without incurring the 3 month penalty fee due to the fact that this was related to a serious health concern. The office said they would consult their supervisors concerning the situation. After they spoke with the President of the organization and walked through the unit several times, they sent an email to each of us on April 28, 2016 stating that they would not let us terminate the lease unless we paid the 3 month's rent fee. They did agree to change the carpet in the home, but we do not believe that will solve the problem as the smell seems to be originating from mold, not pet dander. Because of the way the situation was handled by Langley Apartments and their general lack of concern for a serious health problem, we decided that we would rather be free of any ties with the organizations rather than fight a legal battle that may or may not be won.Desired Settlement: The desired outcome is that this complaint be filed with the Revdex.com's database of reliability reports. We also desire that the Revdex.com contact Langley/Boonsboro Village directly with this formal complaint. Additionally, we desire that Langley Apartments are never considered for membership as an accredited business with the Revdex.com. They do not merit that privilege.

Response:

On 3-22-2016, they toured our apartment community. I do not have the date the application that was submitted but the application was approved on 3-28-2016. On 4-6-2016 all parties signed a legally binding lease agreement for Boonsboro Village **. Their scheduled move-in day was 4-15-2016. The leasing agent that rented the apartment is no longer with the company so I cannot confirm the statements on the complaint. I can state they toured the exact townhome they signed a lease on and visited the townhome on two occasions to include one time to take measurements. They did not report any issues to us at that time. Per the manager, one of the Residents got very sick when they started moving into the townhome. The past residents did have a pet, however the carpet was cleaned prior to the new Residents taking occupancy in the unit. Once I was made aware of the situation I did visit the unit. I personally did not get sick or smell anything out of the ordinary. We did agree that we would remove all of the carpeting in the townhome and not charge rent until the new carpet had been installed. They have made a claim of mold in the apartment, however this is not confirmed and our tech did not find any visible signs of mold. Langley Apartments did immediately address their concerns and had several teammates including myself visit the apartment. We offered them new carpet and to adjust the rent for a new move-in date and they refused our offers to help. Per the lease agreement the lease break fee is equal to (3) month’s rent. Again they did not report any issues to us the two times they visited the unit prior to taking possession. We as a landlord take these items very serious and did try in good faith to come up with a solution that would work for both parties. Once they signed the lease agreement we took the unit off the market and held it for them until the 15th of April. We did refund the following monies to them. $150 Admin Fee$200 Security Deposit $461.33 Rent Please let me know if you have any additional questions.
