We had some trouble with our air conditioner on June We had that issue taken care of but the technician noticed our refrigerant was low which could mean a leak somewhereInstead of spending a lot of money to fix our old unit we got a quote for a new one on June We experienced issues with our furnace system caused by our air conditioner freezing upWe postponed the replacement of our air conditioner so we could get a quote on a new furnace as wellWe had an *** furnace in our attic which used hot water to heat the houseOn June when the salesman (*** ***) came to measure he did not give us a quote, he told us he would work out something and get back to usWe received a call saying they were coming to do the work on June We had not met with the salesman to discuss our options or seen a quoteThey arrived on Thursday morning and installed our new air conditioner and an electric furnaceThe salesman never asked us if they could change our type of furnace,

Kris and Tyler certainly know their business. Very personable and answered any questions we had. It has been 20 years since we had this service last from a different company, and the difference is unbelievable.
Expensive but very complete and professional job.

Service is great, tech in and out in no time. My only issue is there flat rate pricing that they do not disclose until they are ready to repair. I paid over a $1000 for a $100 part and less then 2 hours of labour. Same repair was quoted at $500 by another Time and Material HVAC tech from a different company. I believe they should be disclosing their pricing model before booking the service call.
