Review: I purchased a new Boori Ashton Crib, 6-drawer dresser, 3-drawer dresser, and a hutch in Espresso. Shortly after receiving it, in January 2014, I contacted Boori because the top of the 6-drawer dresser was defective. I sent the Boori customer service team photos of the defect, and [redacted] from customer service said they would replace the dresser. She told me to work directly with [redacted], where I purchased the set, and they would be able to replace the dresser. The person as [redacted] called me after a few weeks and told me that Boori was no longer shipping to the USA, and she couldn't get a new dresser for me. The only item she had was a floor model left over.So for a crib set that I paid over $1,000 USD for, which has a 5-year manufacturer warranty, I cannot get a new dresser because Boori pulled their product from the USA. This is unacceptable. For the items that they sold in the USA while their product was available, they need to honor their warranty on their product.Desired Settlement: I demand that a new 6-drawer Ashton dresser in Espresso be sent to replace the defective one.
