I contracted with Boos and Sons for the construction of a very challenging retaining wall The site was very difficult to work in because of the terrain and the lack of easy access to the site All materials had to be hand carried and all work done by hand After three week delay beyond the estimated start time, the crew arrived and began immediately The work was done properly, professionally, and all requests of mine were honored--even to include their paying for an accidentally broken window well cover They finished on time and on budget The resulting railroad tie wall is sturdy, nicely designed, and does the required job very well The site was cleaned up pretty well and the crew was courteous and helpful I would definitely use Boos and Sons again

I contracted with Boos & Sons Incto removed some old shrubs and create a new garden for me, this spot sits on a slope and I wanted it leveledA brick retaining wall was put up just the way I requested and it looks great! This job was labor intensive, but the end result is fabulousI will enjoy this garden for years to comeI hope to use them again for another landscaping project I have I felt they did a good job overall and they cleaned up when they were finished

I received a flyer in the mail for Boos & Sons, scheduled an estimate, and was really excited about finding such a highly rated, jack of all trades type of company to do a variety of work around our house So, I was really shocked and disappointed by my experienceOn the day scheduled, I called to find out when they would be arriving because I had an unexpected event that came up and I wanted to make sure I was going to be at home during the estimate since they gave a time range for their arrivalLong story short, the company did not call me back, was completely rude, inflexible, and ended up spurning me on the phone when they arrived at our community gate without warning, saying that we would just need to find someone elseI was stunnedTERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE and COMMUNICATIONS!

I ask for a bid on two projects at my home. The man was very condescending. I have been in construction my whole life. Now I am to a point in my life that I no longer need to do the work myself and can afford to have it done by contractors. He might have been having a bad day in which case he should of had another take his place that day. I would not recommend them because of this reason alone. To many good companies out there to have to deal with this attitude.

I needed a lot of odd projects done inside the house (refinish hardwood floor, fix stairs, patch ceilings, clean up scuffed doors/jambs, put up molding, etc. I also need a new retaining wall and some significant landscaping done. Finally, I needed brick columns wrapped in rough-cut cedar for a more rustic feel to the entryway. I got everything done on time, within budget, and to my utter delight. I would hire [redacted] and his team leads, [redacted] and [redacted], again in a heartbeat. Good, quality work.

We contracted Boos and Sons to help with our pitiful backyard. They came in and did a marvelous job with re-grading the ground, adding in a french drain, all the gravel, road base and rock were added. They even did a few little things we did not ask for, but we are very appreciative of. We had very bad drainage and a lot of ground loss. The owners and crew are very personable. They explained everything to our satisfaction. The job was originally quoted for a week of work, they cranked out that backyard in two days!! Very clean and professional. They needed to remove one of my fence posts, so the truck deliveries could be made easier. When everything was said and done, they put the post back in and it is just as stable as it was before they touched it. I loved all they constant contact and they fact they did not get upset that I constantly asked questions before and during the job. We will use Boos and Sons again.
