Review: I took my Galaxy 3 in to have the phone's charger port fixed, they ask a number where I could be reached at, I gave a number, never gave them my Galaxy 3 number, I took the phone in on a tues and asked how long would it take and they said by Thursday. I went back that Thursday the phone wasnt ready, the guy said maybe Friday, the next day I went in and a sign was on the door saying they would be back later, I waited around about 30 minutes.The two guys walked up went around to the front and turned their backs to me and the guy showed me the phone and said see its charging I said ok thanks the phone had not been charged. I took the phone home to test it myself to see if it would actually charge, it wasn't working. I checked my voicemail and these guys was on my voicemail playing aroundI I never gave them that number this tells me they were using my sim card. I took the phone back the next morning I told them the phone wasn't fix and that they was on my voicemail playing and I hey had been using my sim card, well of course they denied it, they took the phone back to be fixed again. I picked it up 3 days later it was fixed, but they exchanged my battery and put in a battery that wouldn't charge and my phone had unknown pictures on it..I called back and they gave me the run around.Desired Settlement: I would like a new battery back or a refund.

hi,

we never give back to our custemer for the phone it has password how you can get access to it and put picture on it?!!! how you can leave voice mail on a number that you dont know, and if I tell you show me the voice mail or the number you tell me I did delete it?!!! we did fix the charging port first time she took it and bring it back we did fix it again, and she never comback for the battery she did not complain about it but as courtisy from the store I will exchange it for her.
