complaining about is not a service fee but a copay we collect for your insurance company, you should be referring to them, since the money was already collected and paid to them.If you had a problem with the repair we had done, maybe you should had called your insurance company, since we warranty all our work to them, sometimes because of availability, they send a different company to fix the problem as a courtesy so it can be done right away, for which you do not pay a service fee (we are sent every day on such calls, and we do not collect since the previous company did already for the insurance company).If you did so, and they sent a different company to fix the problem, then, they did not charge you for a service fee since we had already collected it for them, therefore your request cannot be fulfilled.Thank you.
