Had to cancel an order because I did not want to product anymore. The order at the time was stuck at processing for weeks. Contacted the seller and was told it would take 3-4 weeks to ship. Four weeks comes around with no update, then I'm told 4-6 weeks and now it could take 2 months. If I don't receive a product in two months, then I get a refund. I let the seller know that I will be moving address and would not be able to receive the order. Customer service continued to become rude and calling names. The shipping trimming is very misleading and you can't find that information till after the order is placed. Customer service tells two different stories and is very disrespectful. I never received my purchase and had to call the bank to get the refund.

No settlement requested - for Customer service treat clients with basic respect and shipping info be clearly stated and not difficult to reach. Able to get refunded if wanted without waiting for the product.
It is very clear in the shipping information that we only provide refunds if the product takes over 2 months to arrive from the time the customer ordered. I told the customer that we couldn't change the address after the order has already been put in. I apoligize if the directness came off as rude at all.
