Everything made it in tact, for a reasonable price.The movers kept me updated on when they were arriving to pack up and drop off my things and they arrived exactly when they said they would both times.I was pleased with the service.Thank you guys!!!

SCAM ARTISTS! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
Promises, promises, promises--that are NEVER kept. This company showed up nearly 12 hours late for a move-out scheduled at 8 am--yes, they showed up at 7pm. They weren't finished moving boxes into their bogus looking truck until 2AM!
They stored my belongings for one month and now I cannot get in touch with them to move my belongings to my new address! I can only assume they sold my belongings at a flea market and are reaping the profit of their extortionate prices. That's right they have no communication skills and they charged me nearly $4000 for moving compared to their initial quote of $1800.

Unbelievably awful! Russian speaking limited understanding of English a huge problem. Three times I was told when they would arrive for them to actually be 72 hours late and not show up until 18.00. Three hours of arguing with us and their boss and the company I contracted with when they showed up to pack my stuff with an already full semi before they would even start work!!! So much of my stuff had to be left behind. Bait and switch operation pack you stuff get it loaded then have you sign mounds of papers before they will transport to find out your paying $20.00 per box for them to put your already packed boxes into theirs! Delivery end as awful. Again three times for delivery over 2 days given for them to still not show until 16.00. They spent next 3 hours again arguing with me, his manager and the contracted freight company in my home to where I asked him to conduct his ranting outside with his own boss. Would not deliver until I agreed to pay an additional $650 which I wouldnt. Finally started the unload at 19.00 in dark! Took 4 hours, many items were damaged they took a lamp shade for example made of hide stuffed it into a box and pushed cushions on top of it it is damaged beyond repaid. My recommendation if you here your brokerage is going to use these people find someone else or sell you stuff and start over at your new location - that is certainly what I will do in the future. NEVER AGAIN!
