I have been trying to cancel my membership for monthsAfter completing a year contract, I was (I should say "am") on a month-to-month contractI've tried canceling by filling out their online form several times, I've called every week for three months, and I've emailed them multiple times, but no one will call me back When I call, the person at the front desk just apologizes, but they said the person I need to talk to isn't there, but they reassure me that he will call me back The only response I've ever gotten was an email months ago stating it will be fix, but I've had three more charges since thenThis is a horrible place to do business

I was a long time member, but am SO happy to be done with themBTW, this review will be buried in hours because they have dedicated staff to post positive reviews, so don't believe everything you readLeaving their 'club' is like leaving a cult, yes, that difficultThey have constant "facility upgrade" fees, but there are never any true upgradesTheir equipment is outdated and their "trainers" are a joke Their facility move to [redacted] was unannounced and totally unexpectedMany of us were forced to work out at other facilities during the moveThere were ZERO upgrades to the equipment, although prices went up across the board I cannot explain what a nightmare it is to deal with these peopleThey have no morals whatsoeverTheir one goal is to make money in anyway possible, and they do not care what they do to meet their goal Most unethical company I've ever dealt withBuyer beware

I've tried canceling by filling out their online form several times, I've called every week for three months, and I've emailed them multiple times, but no one will call me back. When I call, the person at the front desk just apologizes, but they said the person I need to talk to isn't there, but they reassure me that he will call me back. The only response I've ever gotten was an email 2 months ago stating it will be fix, but I've had three more charges since then. This is a horrible place to do business.

Their facility move to [redacted] was unannounced and totally unexpected. Many of us were forced to work out at other facilities during the move. There were ZERO upgrades to the equipment, although prices went up across the board.

I cannot explain what a nightmare it is to deal with these people. They have no morals whatsoever. Their one goal is to make money in anyway possible, and they do not care what they do to meet their goal.

Most unethical company I've ever dealt with. Buyer beware.
