Dear Sir or Madam:
We stand behind our product and statementsOur 22oz cans of Oxygen contain approximately seconds of continuous flow of oxygenAs the average inhalation breath is considered by the medical community to be second long, we state that
our cans contain 120-breaths to educate and inform the consumerHowever- if people take second or longer inhalations- which is possible- then the number of "inhalations" per can enjoyed by the customer is obviously reduced by the mathematicsBut this is random by individual and we cannot account for itWe are more than happy to refund the customer, or provide additional cans so they can enjoy the proper experience*** *** *** is one of many of our resellers, and we would hope that they would employ better customer service, but this is out of our direct control as we are not affiliated with them in any way except as manufacturer and customer
Please let us know how we can properly rectify, customer satisfaction is our highest priority
Best,
Rob N***
