We reached out to [redacted] to better understand her concerns with our services We found that there was a misunderstanding about the work we would be doing and it created the wrong expectations We clarified with her the work we are doing and how it is beneficial She was understanding and appreciative of the time we took to make sure she understood what she was paying for We go to great lengths to make our work transparent to our clients as SEO services can be confusing This helped [redacted] discover her misunderstanding early on After talking with her she still felt that this was not was she was looking for and wasn't the right fit for her We were able to resolve this with her to her satisfaction and we made right any wrongs she was feeling
