Vag Autowerks was supposed to finish my final tune due to [redacted] passing I was told by several people I was going to get taken care of especially since I already paid my for my tune I was sent a tune for my vehicle the second of May and since then the vehicle a not working properly dropping boost and hesitation in 3rd 4th and 5th gearI have attempted to call this company every day with the two phone numbers and left voice messages no one has called me back I have emailed every other day since the 2nd and again no response At this time because the tune has not been finalized I would request my money back so I can get my vehicle fixed properlyThis is poor customer service and I don't know why no one else can call me back or email me back especially since I have attempted to call and email almost daily for weeks

After entering into the wrong agreement with the IRSTax defense Network contacted me and reopened my FileLooking out for the well being of there customer they are now working on getting me in the right plan that best fits my situationWhat company would do that for their customerTax Defense Network! I ordered a selection of car parts from these guys and they never sent themOver the past couple of years they have claimed to have sent them several times, yet were unable to provide real tracking details and kept stalling and claiming that the shipment was lost or stolen and that they needed to recover money from the insurance
It is now clear that they will never send themThe owner is outright ignoring calls, SMS, WhatsApp messages, emails, Facebook messages etc
I paid him $2,and I didnt receive my orderI have the *** invoice and *** can verify it is real should you ask them

My experience with this company (Mirza) has been nothing short of terribleCountless times I had to go back and forth trying to get my tune fixedI was told that my build was a little complicated but he could tune itFirst had to convert to wideband, then needed the mod and sold me a new ECU (which bricked on the second flash), Then needed new map and maf sensorsOnce all purchased vehicle had no high (cold start) idle and idled terribleNever did it run good under boost, once I let off the gas it would backfire bad3rd gear pulled ok until higher rpm and boost would fall offGears through were un-drivable unless it was a cruising speedI would get a 10% communication return mostly ending up in open ended promises and me waiting for hoursSpent over $on all of this just to find out the owner was going to tuning forums to get help with my tuneRecently I was able to get a hold of the owner about all of my issues and he was more concerned with his “IP” (intellectual property) then resolving any of my issues or refunding me any moneyRunning this half tuned vehicle has now caused engine problems and I need to have my engine rebuilt

Great work has helped me with my build in the last yearsOne man team doing his best to satisfy everyone I built a bsfrom the ground up and hes pointed me in the right direction when needed to Once my project was up to tuning status he took care of me on the dyno I have approximately 40k miles on my build no issues knock on wood
