Recently had my roof replaced and couldn't have had a better experience. The crew was on time, professional, and thorough. I live in northern VA and several of my neighbors had their roof replaced after the storms. There is no doubt that ours not only looked the best, but was also done the fastest. There wasn't a single shingle or nail left behind! After talking to my neighbors, I realized I got a better deal with better quality materials than any of them. I can't speak highly enough about this company! Thank you Booth Brothers!

We were very pleased with our new roof. Josh and Chris came out and went over everything with me ahead of time. The quoted price was reasonable and they came on the scheduled day and our roof looks great!
Booth Brothers construction was paid to replace the roof on my home, both the main roof and the flat roof. The flat roof has been leaking since.
My roofs main roof and flat roofs were suppose to be replaced over the weekend. The job was delayed and I was not there to witness complete tear offs of both roofs. The flat roof had an active leak and the company was informed prior to accepting the job. Shingles are lifting on the main roof and the Flat roof has been leaking since the job was done in December, 2017. I have made several attempts to contact the company, but they are no longer responding to my communications. I have been very patient and just want my roofs to be fixed correctly and my flat roof to stop leaking.
I would prefer a refund, but if that is not possible I want my flat roof replaced and the shingles to be fixed on my main roof.
This was a contract for a flat roof layover which we completed. There was a leak so we returned several times and in the end we ended up doing a complete tear-off and re-installing the entire roof including repairing the inside damage.
I hired booth brothers to complete a commercial renovation early January 2018. They were contracted and paid deposit to start and complete phase 1 of contract. I paid them $50000 to do roof and a change order of rebuilding a wall, repair brick, replace retainer wall and new fence. The only thing the they completed was the roof. And it leaks. I'm having repaired actually tomorrow. I've continuously attempted to contact them and no response at all to this very day. They took my money and left the job on 2/28/2018 and never came back. I need some help with this. I've been in business 9yrs. Never had this done to me.
Refund I would like to have the $30000 returned for which they didn't complete. They completed the roof only and it leaks
We were ready to work this job and when customer went to pull permits, he was unable to procure them. We should have pulled out then but we didn't and the relationship continued downhill. Customer continually asked us to do more and different work than was in the contract. We did more work than what we were paid to do including all new electric upstairs and new sub-panels. Customer also called us in the middle of the night about a leak. We arrived and upon investigation it was a sink in the downstairs bathroom that was clogged and needed to be snaked. Not the roof.
