I have discovered valuable items missing from my house and the company has done nothing about itI have filed a police report and would like to warn the consumers not to use their services

They charged $to clean a sq ft apartment as the "move out" clean Here are some things you should know (and these are verbatim from the manager I spoke with): they do not clean walls or anything that is a drywall texture, they only dust furniture and do not clean it, they only vacuum the visable areas of your sofa, so they will not get any crumbs that have fallen into a crease, they do not clean grout around faucetsI do not understand what they did for hours, there was dirt on the floor, dirt and coffee cup stains left everywhere They did not have to make the bed, there are no rugs, there were no dishes to wash This is literally a two room apartment and it was still disgusting when I returned - they do not provide cleaning services at all

In response to your letter of December 15, 2014, we would like to clarify the facts and present our resolution.
[redacted] is not a customer of the company, but she applied for employment as a maid. We hired her on November 3, 2014...

and she worked only for 3 days. On her third day of training, we let her go because she was not learning the tasks of the position. Her manager, Rosario G[redacted], sat with her and explained the reason and told her that this job was not a fit for her. Ms. G[redacted] didn't want to have [redacted] waste her time or the one of our trainers.Ms. G[redacted] never discussed or refused payment for the training nor talked to [redacted] after she left.
We had a check for her hours, but [redacted] didn't stop to pick it up.
As resolution, we will as [redacted] requests, reissue the check and mail it today to the address she indicated in your letter.

I have been a customer for nearly ten years and based on changing employers, the company has refused to adjust arrangements for my cleaning services and payment. I was appalled at how this was handled and communicated to me. Being a loyal customer for the length of time I've used this service, not to mention damages that have occurred to my property, yet I continued service once reimbursed. I was very surprising that I would be treated in this manner by the management/owner.
