I would like to preface by saying that I did not actually receive any services from Boothe I was recommended to contact them by a family member so I did so and after two phone calls I was finally contacted about two days later It was right before they went on holiday so I was understanding about them not being able to come out for a couple of weeks to give us a quote on a front porch remodel I was told I would receive an email confirmation from them no later than the Monday after the holiday but come Monday I had received nothing So I called them yet again and was told that there was an emergency and he was in the hospital I was very understanding and I gave them my information for a second time and after talking with them I was told I would be called back later that day to confirm or reschedule our appointment for that coming Wednesday I again received no phone call so I called them again on Tuesday morning where I had given my information to them for a third time and then received a confirmation email that I had an appointment at am the next morning Come am the next morning no one showed up I called them, yet again, at 8:where I was told he was currently at another job getting things started and that he should be there in about another minutes which I find hard to believe if he was not even currently on the way At that point I cancelled completely with them and have decided I would try to find a construction company that could show me just a tiny bit of respect and courtesy I understand people are very busy and that things come up but all they had to do was call and let me know I work as well and scheduled that time with my place of employment and had to later make up that time and all for nothing All I would have like is a phone call out of common courtesy but instead when I explained to them why I would not be using them they became very short and defensive with me I am sure this company does great work and it is too bad because I have two larger projects I need done
Boothe Construction (Matt) & his professional team are prompt, professional & perfectionist on their quality of work. I have gone through a series of bad experiences here in Florida with workers & so called professionals...Boothe construction has not only made my remodeling experience great but the quality of work & professionalism a blessing.
