Initial Business Response / [redacted] (1000, 5, 2015/07/07) */ We visited with the customer and are going to repair this area in a different way due to water drainage coming up from the bottom, which is what caused the failure of the first repairRepairs are scheduled for the week of 7/The repair is going to be more significant and costly than the original estimate however we are taking care of this cost ourselvesWe strive to leave all of our customers happy and stand behind all the work that we do Final Consumer Response / [redacted] (3000, 11, 2015/11/30) */ I contacted the Revdex.com earlier this year regarding issues with Bootheel Sealing and AsphaltPlease reference earlier communications, including copies of e-mails, for a full detail of the history of this situationAs an update, after we contacted Revdex.com in the spring of 2015, Bootheel finally returned our phone calls and arranged to cut the section of our driveway with considerable cracking and put new asphalt in its placeThey did this in early July They stated that they would return in three months to reseal the whole driveway and that it should look even and smoothThey returned in October to reseal our drivewayThe repaired area was noticeably different than the rest of our drivewaySeveral of our neighbors stopped to ask what happened to our driveway and why it still looked like it did after they knew that Bootheel had been out to work on itWe contacted Mr [redacted] with Bootheel again regarding our concerns that our driveway did not look like he had said it would after they resealed itCurrently, the section that they repaired is raised, can be felt when driving over it, and looks noticeably differentHe sent someone out the next week to supposedly put more sealer on that sectionIt did not look any different to usMr [redacted] told my husband a few weeks ago that they had to work on a driveway in our area and would stop back by to look at our driveway, as wellHe has not returned our phone calls for the past few weeks and has not returned to do any additional work on our drivewayWe want him to keep his word and finish the job as we expected Product_Or_Service: Driveway Repair/Sealing We want Mr [redacted] to finish this job and make our driveway look smooth and even as he indicated it would when it was resealed this fall Final Business Response / [redacted] (1000, 15, 2015/12/04) */ The total bill was for the job we performed in the beginningSince he was not satisfied with the job or repairs, I offered him a full refund to pay another contractor or that we would dig the area up and redo everythingHe chose for us to dig up the areaThat was a $job and we did not ask for the differenceWe fixed it at no cost to himHe had a few cracks come up and we sealed the driveway at no costWe had to wait days to seal up the jobWe went back out and resealed over the patch areaWe told him that we would come back next summer to put another seal over the repair because you have to wait to have this doneyou can not put the seal on the driveway out of season in the winterI am going to contact the consumer in letter to see if we can resolve this issue

I contacted the Revdex.com earlier this year regarding issues with Bootheel Sealing and Asphalt. The total bill was 456.00 for the job we performed in the beginning. Since he was not satisfied with the job or repairs, I offered him a full refund to pay another contractor or that we would dig the area up and redo everything. He chose for us to dig up the area. That was a $620 job and we did not ask for the difference. We fixed it at no cost to him. He had a few cracks come up and we sealed the driveway at no cost. We had to wait 90 days to seal up the job. We went back out and resealed over the patch area. We told him that we would come back next summer to put another seal over the repair because you have to wait to have this done. you can not put the seal on the driveway out of season in the winter. I am going to contact the consumer in letter to see if we can resolve this issue.
