Review: I purchased two items on the internet from BPI Medical Supply. The other item had not arrived. I called BPI Medical Supply and apparently the second item was shipped to **. I live in **. They told me they would send out another. I took quite some time to arrive, but finally did. It turns out I do not need either item. I have called several times to get a RMA number as suggested on their website. I have left several messages. I have pushed many button options and some of the voice mails were full and not accepting any more messages. I emailed too. I finally got a response that they would ship me labels. Never received them. I followed up, and still not labels. Items total $233.37. I want to return these items and get refunded. I am afraid if I just ship them back, I'll never get my money. I tried to dispute payment with [redacted], and apparently this transaction is 'undisputable'. This company claims on their website to have a NO HASSLE RETURN POLICY.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund of 100% for both items.I would also like BPI to pay for the shipping for the returns. This will compensate me for all this hassle.Thank you.
