Made an online purchase with the company, and after three weeks of not receiving the order, reached out for statusIt took messages to hear back and the owner claimed to be on vacation and he was very rude about it; no previous heads upA week later, I got half my orderWhen I reached out again to notify him, he said he’d fix it the next day (6/19/18)days later, still not fixedI reach out again and the owner tells me they’ve “closed shop”I go to the website and I’m able to make another purchase (put another item in cart and go to checkout), so I screenshot this and send it to the owner questioning itAt this point, since it was over a month and I hadn’t got my order, and now felt I was being lied to, I asked for a refundI had to ask several more times for a refund before he acknowledged my request by saying I’m not entitled, since he “fixed my order”
