Good morning, The company sent an email saying I could return the product for a full refund once received. In the same email, they attached their return policy which stated that a refund would only be issued 30 days from date of purchase and returns were subject to a 15% restocking fee. I...

pointed out that I hadn't received the product so the 30 days would be no good to me and they told me I was wrong about the policy (even though I was quoting the policy they sent in response to my email). I've attached the correspondence, I finally received the item on March 16, but was surprised with a customs charge. Without confirmation that they would be refunding the ENTIRE order amount, I didn't want to decline the shipment and be left empty handed.  Now I have a $15 customs charge on top of the $79.49 order amount that needs to be resolved. I'm not sure how to get my money back from customs.  This was all completely avoidable. I requested to cancel my order days before it shipped, and they tried to pull a fast one and respond the day it shipped claiming there was nothing they could do. Take care,[redacted]
