Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:I stated in my original complaint that I cancelled the order in July because I had already waited months for the productTo wait over months for an item, with no communication from the business, and only get a response after those months to say that the product was in stock and be given a confirmation number, and then get no response back until I called the business to learn that I would have to wait another days is ludicrous I want them to stop taking new orders when they cannot fulfill the orders they already haveI want tyhem to reach out to their customers and provide good business practices and good customer serviceTo just say that my order was cancelled in July is not sufficient

This was cancelled on July 6th and there was no charge to the consumer Cancellation # *** Please feel free to contact us at *** *** if you need further assistance

complaint that I cancelled the order in July because I had already waited 5 months for the product. To wait over 4 months for an item, with no communication from the business, and only get a response after those 4 months to say that the product was in stock and be given a confirmation number, and then get no response back until I called the business to learn that I would have to wait another 30 days is ludicrous.  I want them to stop taking new orders when they cannot fulfill the orders they already have. I want tyhem to reach out to their customers and provide good business practices and good customer service. To just say that my order was cancelled in July is not sufficient.
