I am rejecting this response because: the dates that Booya Sports said items were ordered on as well as the promised delivery date are untrueI have emails proving the lack of communication on their partThe owner told us items were on backorder until June and we asked him to cancel the items we ordered due to them being on backorder but he sent the items anyways after we requested they be cancelledWe ordered and paid for our items individually this was not the organizations order it was personal orders placed by each childs parents.

Sorry for the delay we had a family emergency out of state. In a nutshell this is what happened with the above complaint.There was an order placed with an organization I take care of in Alabama. The owner of the organization instructed my business not to ship anything until the school softball...

season was over mid May. We began shipping the items once instructed. The above person paid for her order in February and could not understand why it took so long to receive your item. She wanted a refund and I instructed her I will give the refund if you return the items to me and we deduct a 20% restocking fee the return or is also responsible for all shipping at cost which is clearly stated on our website.
