I am rejecting this response because: They did indeed check my truck outIf they didn't think it was the sensor problem, then why would they even mention it could be a problemI called again the following week, after they check it out to mention it was still noisy, which I was told to keep driving itSo I *** * *** ** *** *** ** contact the manufacturer of the tiresI am aware they could not cover the cost of installing new tiresWhat I was not made aware of is not being reimbursed the cost difference between the different sets of tiresThe cost difference between the tires is more than the installation of said tires.

We at O K Tire never pursade customers one way or another which products to purchase, we only make recomdations on the information supplied by the consumer.In this case we supplied and installed the tires the customer chose. A few days later he called and expressed his concern about a vibration problem. We asked him to return the vehicle for inspection which he did. We test drove the vehicle and determined it was not a vibration issue but a road noise issue. We then rotated the tires at no charge. The noise did not change. We recommended to drive the vehicle for awhile the road noise should subside. In problem solving we did mention [redacted] but never was suggested to Mr. [redacted] to take his vehicle in for that inspection.Mr. [redacted] must have to decided to call the tire manufacturer on his own accord. We were made aware of this when the manufacturer ([redacted]) called us and told us they would replace their tires on the [redacted] 30 day satisfaction guarantee program. Weather Mr. [redacted] was told at the time of related costs for this service was explained we can not answer that because we were not directly involved with that conversation. To resolve the matter the tires were replaced as per instructed by the manufacturer and replaced with a sustitute as agreed upon with with Mr [redacted]. He was made aware at the time of the cost difference and agreed with the terms at this time.We at OK TIRE do our best to keep our customers happy. In saying so we feel Mr. [redacted] was treated fairly in this instance and feel no restitution is needed. Thank youManager OK Tire 780 [redacted]
