Review: I purchased a ring from Bora Jewelers at the [redacted] Show on February *. The next day the stone became dislodged. I left a message in his voicemail but didn't receive a return call, so I forwarded a picture of the setting and stone with my name and phone number. He replied that he would make a new one but gave me an address in Texas. In the meantime, my father passed away and I was busy with that, so on April * I resumed contact. After sending him 3 messages, Bora said on April ** he would call me the next day, which he never did. On July * I sent a message asking if I could just return the parts of the ring for a refund. He said "[redacted]" and gave me the [redacted] address with [redacted]. I mailed the ring, in a box with receipt as requested on July *, and received confirmation of delivery (by the [redacted]) on July **. I messaged Bora twice (July **, July **) to make sure he had the ring; on July ** he told me he was in San Francisco and "[redacted]" (his words). I have inquired 3 times more, Aug. **, Aug. **, and Sep. *. Bora has not replied to any further messages.Desired Settlement: Refund of $135.00 to my [redacted] account.

Review: I purchased a ring from BORA on April **, 2015, in [redacted], [redacted] at the Gem and Mineral Show. The ring was too large and the representative assured me that the owner could size it and mail it to me. After a month, I contacted the representative and asked her to inquire as to the status of my ring. I received no response. I have emailed the owner and called both the owner and representative several times.
