So after all this time, my trying to contact Boral (the b*st*rds) for it to fall on deaf ears, some *ss#ole from Boral decides to contact me. Why? Because they are seeing the negative reviews I am BEGINNING to leave on their various websites.

Boral, you couldn't give a st before. And you would not give a st now if I wasn't BEGINNING to leave bad reviews about your st product and your st customer service. I emailed numerous people from your company. INCLUDING YOUR CEO. I did not get an answer so I emailed them all again. Most of them blocked me, INCLUDING YOUR CEO.

I sent you all the same email that I sent to my Concreter; Panorama Concrete.

I EVEN TOOK A PHOTO OF YOUR CONCRETE TRUCK DELIVERING CONCRETE TO MY HOUSE.

Unfortunately for me and my wife now, it had BORAL sign-written all over it. A name we now know to never, ever trust.

A name to avoid for BORAL's poor quality concrete and complete lack of after sales customer support and service.

BORAL's concrete cracked in 23 places. Some cracks up to 1.5 metres in length.

Since then, we've had more cracks develop.

BORAL's concrete was not correctly coloured the dark (Ironstone like colour) it was supposed to be. Instead BORAL relied on the sealant product to colour the concrete.

BORAL never sent a Rep out as requested.

BORAL NEVER replied to my emails.

BORAL BLOCKED my emails.

The only time BORAL responded to me was when I BEGAN to leave negative reviews.

To see my wife's look of eager excitement completely disappear from her face, only to be replaced by tears, anger and complete sadness at what we've been given for our nearly $17K, I'm only just starting to warm up leaving bad reviews.

Questions for BORAL;

1) Why is my next door neighbours concrete still all in one piece after being laid between 50 and 60 years ago, while your concrete did not even last the pour?

2) Your a big company, probably one of the major players in the concrete game, What's the chances it was BORAL concrete used in the Sydney high rise apartments that cost their owners thousands, if not millions of dollars to purchase, that are now condemned?

Best you go and hunt out those emails that I sent you pack of *ssh*les.

In the meantime, let this be a lesson to you pr*cks for the next you fk some other poor c*nt over.

I dropped off a Izod comforter on Tuesday January 3, for dry cleaning at Adams Cleaners at Monroe StreetI was told the comforter would be ready for pick up Thursday January 5,and asked for a receiptI was told I didn't need oneI returned for my comforter on Friday January 6, at about 8:amI was told the comforter was recleaned for stainsConfused by this response, I thoroughly inspected the comforter before bringing the comforter for cleaning I drove to the main/downtown plant/store on Adams StreetI spoke to [redacted] and he told me it was done but explained that comforters are cleaned at the end of the day and mine was delayed because another comforter was being cleaned that requested one day serviceI asked about the stains that I was told earlier by the attendant at the store in Monroe Street, and he said there was nothing on his screen that stated thatVery confused by what I was hearing from this long established local business I drove home and called XXX-XXX-XXXX at about 2:pm and was told the driver had left about a half hour before to deliver to the Monroe Street storeOne day late with no explanation! My concerns are for this locally owned business Owner to be alerted to unfair practices towards consumers

This Company is very professional and understands what Customer Satisfaction isThey provide the Best AC Service in the Tucson area as far as I am concerned, and with reasonable pricesThe Technicians speak with you on a personal basis, your not just another customerI would recommend this company to anyone

In 5/12, I needed a new A/C unit as my previous unit had failedThe weather was getting hot, and American Conditioned Air, Inc(ACA) came out, and found the problem with the old unit and then installed a new one in one dayI had checked the Internet and local companies to compare prices and the efficiency of various named brand unitsACA gave me an estimate, they stuck to it, even some additional work was needed, and it was comparable to other licensed and bonded companiesRecently, I had an occasion to call ACA again, as the Heat Pump was not working properly during a cold spell, and ACA came out on an emergency call from me and serviced the unitIt was suspected at that time that the unit may have had a leak, thought to be repairedAbout a month and a half later, during warm weather, the unit stopped coolingI contacted ACA again, thorough the answering service late in the evening, and the Service Manager, [redacted] M., came out first thing the following morning, and found a leak in a cooling coil in the unit installed in the atticEven with a full service schedule, [redacted] Mconsidered the situation an emergency, as the weather was getting hot here in Arizona, and had a new coil replaced though the warrantee later that same dayHe also refunded me the amount paid for the pervious service, as the leak was not found to be in the previously suspected areaIt is difficult to find a company, of any kind, that will keep their appointments and make time to respond to an emergencyACA does excellent work for a fair price, and is the only company that I have on speed dial for routine servicing or emergencies

I called and asked if a tech could come out to check my evap cooler, it was leakingIt was also the first time I had used this company [redacted] scheduled me early the next morningIt must have been before his regular day startedI had just purchased the house months beforeHe was able to diagnosis the issue and handle it for the winterHe showed me instillation flaws and where the flaps should have been to stop air from flowing up and out through the roofThere was a minimal charge for the day and he advised to schedule a repair in early Spring to handle the actual issue

[redacted] has been maintaining the heating and air conditioning systems for [redacted] and me for years He always knows exactly what to do (we have complicated, elaborate systems); his expertise and problem solving abilities are unparalleled We very much appreciate his integrity and the work he does on our behalf

I selected American Conditioned Air to install new AC/heater units on of our restaurantsThe work included demoing the existing units and duct work and installing new units on both roofsThe work also included installing new maair for our hood systemsOn one location the ducts above the drop in ceiling were rusted and needed to be replaced in several places [redacted] and [redacted] did an excellent job on both locationsThey were professional, keep things clean and made sure I was satisfied with the work I highly recommend ACA for all of your residential and commercial AC needs

American Conditioned Air sold us a Goodman Furnace/Air Conditioning unit ten years ago They have been our service company ever since Every employee, including the phone receptionist, is polite, professional, and accommodating Their contract prices are competitive [redacted] ***, a satisfied customer

[redacted] and his young assistant were on time for the confirmed appointment, they were neat and clean and very polite and proceeded to check the two units They were efficient and when finished explained the few repairs and needed work in detail I was very pleased and satisfied with the work Thank you
