Review: I have gone to this gas station for several years to have my own vehicles and that of my family washed. This time only half the vehicle got soap, no rinse and then the machine told me to drive out. I parked the car and went inside to ask for a refund and ran into trouble from the start. All I wanted was a refund, I did not want to try a second wash because the machine is not working right and would have done the same thing a second time and then they would really not be willing to refund my money.Desired Settlement: All I want is a refund of my money either on my card or cash-$6.99. And I will NEVER go to this station again as long as it is owned by that man.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID 9579991, and they sent a money order in my name and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.
