Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted] , and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because: I called Daxmart regarding the battery that was paid for & never receivedAlthough being put on hold, being transferred numerous times & being hung up on, I finally got throughWhen I asked about the battery, they again said in a rude manner, the battery is on back & will be shipped out within days & I should receive it by the end of the weekThat was weeks agoI told them this was the second time they told me thatHe responded by saying just return the whole package & I will get creditedHe will email me a RMA# then hung up on meWell, I didn't get a chance to tell him I gave the camera as a gift & shipped it to Arizona & was not able to do thatI just want a reimbursement for the $for a battery I never receivedIt appears I will need to continue pursing this until this is resolved In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above Sincerely, [redacted]
