Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Weeks ago I contact Revdex.com and file a complaint against Farm Bureau Bank because they refused to sent me the calculation amortization of the loanThey finally mail me a letter stating that enclose is an estimated amortization schedule and that this calculation is not guaranteed to be accurateHere is the problemWhy I can not have the correct calculation of the loan instead of, an estimated and they are saying it is not a guaranteedThe Farm Bureau Bank knows exactly the amount of this loan so why I can get an accuracy figures on the amortization calculation.Give me a accuracy calculation on the amortization loan Regards, [redacted]

Check was FINALLY received 3/21/ This was over a month past the sale date of 2/17/ Not to mention the buyers were already pre-approved The fact that I had to file a complaint with Revdex.com to even get someone with Farm Bureau to communicate with me is inexcusableThis situation has taught me valuable lessons: Never sell a car to ANYONE without funds in handNever will I ever do business with Farm Bureau! Your customer service is horrible and your lending practices are antiquated

Why I can not have the correct calculation of the loan instead of, an estimated and they are saying it is not a guaranteed. I am rejecting this response because:I was given a Letter of Guarantee (attached) stating those funds would be disbursed to me directly.  You are in violation of your contract to me.  Why in the world would OUR check be mailed to the buyer???????  We can't get the buyer to answer any of our calls or texts.  Do you really think they are just going to hand over the check to us????  And Farm Bureau refuses to speak with us as well.  What kind of scam operation is this????  Without the letter of guarantee from Farm Bureau, we never would have let the buyer have possession of the car.  Farm Bureau needs stop payment on the check that was sent to the buyer and over night our check to us as guaranteed by Farm Bureau or we'll be forced to handle this in a court of law.  This has gone on long enough.  Stop jerking us around!
