We received a follletter yesterday regarding the above complaint.? I apologize that we did not see the original.? I left you a couple of voicemails.? We do not call in that area.? Merchant Solutions is a commonly used name in our industry and merchant services is the title of our industry (which we never use).? We ID ourselves as Merchant Solutions International.? I think the customer may have just googled the name and found us.? We have had this issue before of people mistaking us for another company.?
