Review: Purchased a washing machine that did not work when I got it home. Owner refusing to refund and states even if he did take it back he would charge a pretty high restocking fee. Receipt does not state no refunds nor is there signs posted receipt also states restocking fee of $50.00 only charged on special orders. It was not a special order.Desired Settlement: Would like full refund of $447.40

Customer NEVER spoke with the owner. He refused warranty service when speaking to the sales associate. Sales invoice clearly states exchange policy and warranty services which customer signed. The owner has contacted customer upon receipt of this complaint and offered an exchange. Customer is to come in this weekend and exchange.

Customer came in on October 18, 2014 and exchanged for a new model. We provided manufacturers warranty info in case he has any issues in the future. He was very happy to exchange.
