We searched for any address on *** *** Drand found several address numbers having the street name of *** *** DrIt appears that *** *** Dris a commercial apartment complex named *** *** Apartments AssocWe service this apartment complex and they have a commercial open account with us
I found invoices, #XXXXXX dated 10/16/and #XXXXXX dated 11/11/2015, where we cleared blockages of tampons both timesPlease note that the address associated with both of these invoices is *** *** *** DrI will assume this is the address in question
On the back of all our invoices is a statement which reads "Failures and Defects caused by abuse, mistreatment, and/or neglect" are not covered under any warrantyOur day warranty covers only usageOur day warranty does not cover abuse to the lineFlushing tampons or other feminine products down the sewer line is blatant abuse
Also, please note that according to StLouis County Records, there appears to be apartment units at this address all using a common sewer lineIf this reoccurring blockage would have occurred within week after 10/16/2015, Bore's would have covered this second visit under warranty; however, the blockage occurred days after 10/16/and obviously, Bore's will not be responsible for abuse to the sewer line
Also, at the time of the first invoice, Bore's recommended a video inspection be performed on the sewer to determine if any defects to the sewer line existThe customer has not had the sewer inspection to dateIn addition, the customer has not paid the first invoice dated 10/16/We have a day payment policy on all commercial accounts
Bore's is requesting both invoices be paid
