Initial Business Response / [redacted] (1000, 7, 2015/11/23) */ This fence was completed months agoThere is no way this client has been trying to get to someone in this office - I have no record of thatAlthough I am sorry for the expense and time spent fixing her issue, contractually, we are not liable for sprinkler damage caused by new fencesCustomers are obligated, contractually, to mark lines before we start, which was not the case hereThis is made clear by the estimator, by the contract administrator, by the contract they sign and by an info letter that is sent out detailing what to expect when putting up a fence (which has an entire paragraph about sprinklers) There is no fault on Borg Fence for thisAs imagined, there are all kinds of things that are underground that this company could never know about unless notifiedJust a client that doesn't like the answer she got and threatened to do this complaint and several other things to "disparage" the company [redacted]

Borg Fence suggested that the gates be replaced at the time the fences were replaced as they were old, no longer square and suffered from years of wear and tear, the HOA declined to replace the gates as suggested by Borg FenceThe new fences were installed correctly per our contract and Borg reinstalled the old gates as directed by the property management companyBorg Fence has tried to work with the management company regarding this issueBorg has not been paid for the contract work completedWe have fulfilled our end of the contractwe advised the management company at the start of this project that the gates needed to be replaced, they refused to do so

This is made clear by the estimator, by the contract administrator, by the contract they sign and by an info letter that is sent out detailing what to expect when putting up a fence (which has an entire paragraph about sprinklers) There is no fault on Borg Fence for this. As imagined, there are all kinds of things that are underground that this company could never know about unless notified. Just a client that doesn't like the answer she got and threatened to do this complaint and several other things to "disparage" the company. [redacted]
